Our technologies are based on more than 40 years of experience in the design and manufacture of electron guns. Combining performance and simplicity of design and use, our guns are deployed in numerous research and industrial laboratories.
Nanoptik® designs electron guns and electronic columns operating from 100 eV to 100 keV for conventional electron microscopy sources (tungsten, LaB6). Source, Wenhelt, extraction acceleration, condensation and scanning lenses, as well as electronicc controller, everything is designed and manufactured in our workshop in France.
Our electron guns are fully modular and offer a wide range of different configurations (high voltage, heating, focusing, scanning). They are assembled by hand, checked and certified. We also integrate our barrels in OEM or adapt them on already existing instruments.
